No-Refund Policy
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Custom Orders - No Refunds
All custom flower preservation pieces are handcrafted works of art created specifically for you. Due to the personalized and subjective nature of art, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any custom orders, including but not limited to:
- Pressed flower frames
- Resin jewelry and keepsakes
- Custom cloche displays
- Memorial flower preservation
- Wedding bouquet preservation
- Any made-to-order items
Cancellations
You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, once work has begun on your piece, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items (non-custom products available for immediate purchase) may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fossilflower.omaha@gmail.com We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or repair. Please provide photos of the damage.
Customer-Provided Flowers
Items created with flowers you provide cannot be returned or refunded, as we cannot recreate your specific flowers. Please ensure you are comfortable with our process before sending your flowers.
Deposits
Deposits paid for custom work are non-refundable once work has begun.
